Frequency converter 0.75-315 kW
        Universal frequency inverters CHF100A series vector control. To control the frequency converter, a controller with a DSP series processor is used, which fully optimizes the speed of V / f sensorless control, optimizes functions and allows for more flexible application and high performance. It has a wide range of applications for pumping loads and can be used in situations requiring precise torque control at low frequencies.

           Three control modes:

sensorless vector control (SVC), V / F control and torque control;
Initial torque: 0.5Hz / 150% (SVC);
Frequency converters from 18.5 kW-90 kW have a built-in DC reactor to improve the ratio, input power and increase overall efficiency and stability Built-in brake modules from 0.75 kW to 315 kW;
Simple PLC, 16-preset speeds and PID controller;
Frequency reference: from the control panel, analog / digital inputs, PID, communication protocols;
DC braking during start and stop;
Input and output terminals can be freely programmed, so users can combine different modes of operation, if necessary;
Missed frequencies to prevent mechanical resonance, which makes the system more stable and reliable;
Work at instant loss of supply voltage;
Mode "Sleep / Awakening";
Detection of excess torque;
Variety of maximum frequency setting source options;
A variety of sources for setting the parameters of the maximum frequency of the source;
Bidirectional button that allows users to use it to view real-time parameters;

“QUICK / JOG” button for setting various functions related to control and monitoring;
The AVR function - automatic adjustment of voltage at low loads;
Control and suppression of vibration;
