Automated process control system

To provide a new level of quality of controllability, to increase efficiency of production and quality of products — actual problems of any modern enterprise, especially when production depends on technological processes.
The automated control system of technological processes — ACS TP) - the tool which allows to solve these problems a complex of the hardware and software intended for automation of management of the processing equipment at the industrial enterprises at which human participation is minimized.
The basis of automation of technological processes is the redistribution of material, energy and information flows in accordance with the adopted control criterion.

The achievement of objectives are carried out through a wide range of functional APCS.
Main function:

1. Automatic control of process parameters. The system controller performs control on the basis of proportional-integral-differential law, which allows to achieve optimal transient processes of starting and stopping the equipment, fast and adequate response of the system to external changes. This allows you to achieve high quality indicators in other processes.

2. Collection, processing, display, issuance of control actions and registration of information about the process and process equipment. The system controller automatically collects and processes information from the process sensors, displays it on the operator's workstation in the form of a mimic. The mimic promptly informs the operator of all process parameters in real time. Based on the collected data, the controller of ACS TP generates control signals for actuators.

3. Detection, alarm and emergency registration, process deviations from the specified limits, failure of process equipment. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the system controller recognizes the output parameters for the installation and signals to the operator, or automatically blocks the undesirable development of the situation.

4. Presentation of information about the technological process and the state of the equipment in the form of mimic diagrams with indication of the values of technological parameters. All the current information is displayed to the operator in the form of convenient mimic diagrams, with the display of numerical and graphical data of the process.

5. Remote control of technological equipment from the operator's workstation. Control of technological equipment is carried out automatically or manually from the operator's workplace.

6. Registration of controlled parameters, events, operator actions and their automatic archiving in the database. All parameters and events in the system are automatically archived on the system server. Alarm messages and actions (or inaction) taken by the operator are recorded with reference to time, which significantly increases the responsibility and care of operators, stimulates them to a more detailed study of the technological process. Clearly organized view of the events allows to identify the cause of the emergency and to develop the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of similar situations.

7. Providing information from the database in the form of trends, tables, graphs. The database located on the server of the system allows to receive not only current, but also archive information in the form of trends, tables, graphs. Printout of standard reporting forms allows to organize office work more efficiently.

8. Multi-level password access restriction to the system.
All functions of the system described above are restricted in access to them. Different levels of password protection allow flexible access to different functions of the system. Access to vital parameters and installations is allowed only to specially trained engineers, with personalized passwords. Stands out, as well, the level of the operator and Manager. Each operator has its own personal password, by logging into the system, he takes full responsibility for the conduct of the process. For the Manager provides all the necessary information about the passage of the process, in view mode.
